The job
Permanent Class 1 general haulage for Eddie Stobart from Tesco DIRFT in Daventry, on day or night rotas of any five days from seven. Six months’ Class 1 experience is ideal, and new pass drivers will be considered.
Curtainside general haulage to distribution centres and stores; collections back to factories and RDCs; occasional cage loading; vehicle checks and paperwork.
Hours and working pattern
- Days: starts between 00:00 and 02:00, any 5 days from 7
- Nights: starts between 16:00 and 19:00, any 5 days from 7
- Weekend work may be required
- £5 tax-free meal allowance per shift
- £25 tax-free night-out allowance when it applies
