The job
Permanent Class 1 nights on Stobart's general haulage operation at Stretton Green Distribution Park, Appleton Thorn, running curtainsiders to distribution centres and stores. Six months' experience is preferred, but Stobart will consider new pass drivers.
General haulage with curtainside trailers to distribution centres and stores, occasional store deliveries with cage loading and unloading, vehicle checks and paperwork.
Hours and working pattern
- Nights, starts between 4pm and 11pm
- Patterns include Mon–Fri, Thu–Mon, Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu
- Permanent full-time
Pay and benefits
Mon–Fri nights £15.80/hr · Sat & Sun nights £18.10/hr · Bank holidays £18.41/hr
£5 tax-free meal allowance per shift and £25 tax-free night-out allowance when applicable.
