The job
Permanent Class 1 container work from Stobart Ports at the Mersey Multimodal Gateway in Widnes, with guaranteed hours on days or nights. Container experience is not essential and Stobart will consider new pass drivers.
Move containers from port locations to customer sites across the UK. Vehicle checks, transport paperwork and drivers' hours compliance.
Hours and working pattern
- Days Monday–Friday, weekend shifts available
- Nights Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
- Guaranteed hours
- Permanent from day one
Pay and benefits
Mon–Fri days £14.60/hr · Mon–Fri nights £15.80/hr · Sat & Sun days £17.60/hr · Sat & Sun nights £18.10/hr · Bank holidays £18.41/hr
