The job
Long-term Class 1 trunking and high-value collections for The Recruitment Crowd's client in Coventry CV8. Newly qualified C+E drivers are welcome, with training and assessments available ASAP.
Trunk between depots with high-value parcels, collect full trailers and drop-and-swap, occasional push roller cages, precise reversing and shunting, and complete vehicle checks.
Hours and working pattern
- Sunday to Friday (Mon/Fri priority)
- Starts 13:00–17:00 or 20:00–03:00
- Average 10–12 hours (8 hours guaranteed)
- Full-time and part-time
Pay and benefits
£20.22–£20.50/hr weeks 1–12 (days/nights, rolled-up holiday); from £20.50–£21.06/hr after 13 weeks
£2/hr uplift 22 Nov–19 Dec 2026. 6th shift and bank holiday rates higher on the advert.
