The job
Permanent Class 2 job from GXO's Wellingborough site, delivering chilled, frozen and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores on a 5 on 3 off pattern. GXO says newly qualified Class 2 drivers will be considered and gives a full induction and driver training.
Deliver chilled, frozen and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores, around 10 to 15 drops per shift. Drive company vehicles safely and legally, complete delivery and compliance paperwork, and keep to drivers' hours, WTD and tachograph rules.
Hours and working pattern
- 5 on 3 off
- Average 48 hours a week
- Early starts 04:00–08:00 or late starts 16:00–20:00
Pay and benefits
£46,570 a year (early starts) · £52,702 a year (late starts, incl. night allowance)
Weekend premium on top (£1.60/hr early, £1.85/hr late). Overtime at time and a half — GXO says over £60,000 a year is possible.

What you’ll need
- Category C / Class 2
- Driver CPC card
- Digital tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements in the last 5 years
