The job
Permanent Class 2 driver/loader job collecting commercial and industrial waste from SUEZ's Mitcham depot in south London. Newly qualified drivers are welcome and SUEZ gives fully funded in-house training on its collection vehicles.
Drive and operate HGV collection vehicles on local routes collecting commercial and industrial waste, loading bins and supporting operational tasks where needed. Follow health and safety procedures and give good customer service on every route.
Hours and working pattern
- Monday–Friday 4:00am–2:00pm
- Every other Saturday morning 4:00am–10:00am
- 45 hours a week
- Overtime available including weekends
Pay and benefits
£39,935 a year plus a £500 retention bonus after the 6-month probation
Overtime at 1.5x Monday–Saturday. Four of the eight bank holidays are worked at double time plus a day in lieu.
