The job

Residential refuse and recycling collections Three-person crew (1 driver + 2 loaders) Multi-drop collection rounds Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

Hours and working pattern

Monday to Friday working with optional overtime
Minimum 8-hour shift guarantee (average 10-hour shifts)
Assessments/inductions Saturday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at 08:00

Pay and benefits

NQ: £18.00/hr Mon-Fri · £27.00/hr overtime after 40hrs and Saturday · £36.00/hr Sunday and bank holidays

These are the newly qualified rates. Experienced drivers (12 months+) are advertised at a higher table. The advert also quotes estimated NQ weekly £720 / annual £37,440.

Maximum 6 penalty points, minor endorsements only
