The job
Permanent Class 2 commercial waste and recycling collections across Central London from Park Royal for First Mile. Newly qualified Class 2 drivers are encouraged to apply with training and route familiarisation provided.
Drive a 16-tonne Class 2 vehicle on commercial recycling rounds. Collect recycling, general waste and food waste from Central London customers. Load sacks and wheelie bins manually or with the rear compactor. Deliver customer service while working outdoors in all weather.
Hours and working pattern
- Various shifts: 4-on/2-off or 5-on/2-off
- AM and PM starts available
- Permanent full-time from day 1

£43,775–£47,895 depending on shift and location + overtime + bonuses

What you’ll need
- Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR or IN endorsements)
