The job
Sunday–Friday Class 2 night parcel trunking from Swindon SN3 to sub-depots, with paid assessment training after you pass. New-pass Cat C drivers are welcome.
Deliver palletised parcels to sub-depots and delivery units; collections; use tail lift and pump truck; keep the vehicle clean and organised; complete theory and practical assessment then paid training if successful.
Hours and working pattern
- Class 2 nights Sunday to Friday, 5 out of 7
- night starts 22:00–23:59. Sunday morning option 06:00–07:00 (4 hours worked, 8 hours paid).
Pay and benefits
£15.46 per hour
Nights 15.46/hr PAYE rising to £16.16 after 12 weeks. Sunday am £14.36 rising to £15.11.
- Ongoing work with permanent path for the right candidate
- Paid training after successful assessment
What you’ll need
- Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid DCPC and digital tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Understanding of WTD legislation
- Willing to complete driving assessment
