The job
Monday–Friday Class 2 pallet deliveries for a client in Abingdon (OX13), mostly forklifted off at site with no manual lifting. New passes are accepted, with a minimum of 8 paid hours a shift.
Deliver palletised goods on local and longer runs. No manual lifting; use a pump truck and tail lift where needed, though most drops are forklifted off at site.
Hours and working pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Starts usually 07:30
- Job and knock depending on route
- Minimum 8 hours paid
Pay and benefits
£16.50–£17.00 per hour flat rate, PAYE
Higher rate depends on experience. Holiday accrued on top.
What you’ll need
- Category C / Class 2
- Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Good knowledge of WTD and drivers' hours
- Previous pallet delivery experience preferred
