The job
Monday-to-Friday Class 2 kerbside recycling collections from St Philips in Bristol, driving the lorry in a team of three alongside porters. Driving Force says newly passed drivers are accepted, with a full induction and training before you start.
Drive a kerbside collection lorry on a household recycling contract, working in a team of three with porters and helping to lift and sort recycling. Outdoor work in all weathers.
Hours and working pattern
- Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:20 (06:00–06:30 starts)
- Weekend and bank holiday work available if wanted
- Temp to perm, immediate start
Pay and benefits
£20.17 per hour
Advertised as £20.17–£40.35 per hour including holiday pay; weekend and bank holiday work is paid at higher rates.
What you’ll need
- Category C / Class 2 licence
- Driver CPC card
- Digital tachograph card
- Held a UK (English) driving licence for at least 6 months
- No DR10 or MS90 on your licence
- Good spoken English
- Physically fit
