The job
Monday–Friday Class 2 skip, RoRo and tipper work for a waste management company around Southampton, on a 12-week temp-to-perm route. Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply and full training is available.
Deliver, collect and exchange skips using skip, RoRo and tipper vehicles. Daily vehicle checks, record jobs on a PDA, work safely within time slots. Chains experience is useful.
Hours and working pattern
- Monday–Friday
- 6:45am start
- About 50 hours a week
- 12-week temp to perm
Pay and benefits
£40,000–£44,000 a year
£250 sign-up bonus after your first 10 completed shifts. Weekly pay through PAYE or PAYE Advanced while on assignment.

What you’ll need
- Category C / Class 2
- Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
