Billingham training centre established in 2007, with its driver training base at Haverton Hill House on Haverton Hill Road (the Coxwold Way Biz Hub is an office, not the training site). Courses cover Cat C (Class 2) and Cat C+E (Class 1) licence acquisition, with the company DVSA-approved for both initial and periodic Driver CPC. ADR, Transport Manager CPC and forklift training are also offered, along with driver medicals and driver assessments. RTP runs its own modern fleet with DVSA-registered instructors, and advertises funded Class 2 places.

Family-run Middlesbrough training centre operating since 2004 from A66 Storage on Old Station Road, South Bank. Training covers Cat C, C+E and C1 licence acquisition, initial Driver CPC Module 4, periodic Driver CPC, ADR, PCV, HIAB lorry loader and forklift. The centre runs its own Scania fleet and an on-site DVSA-approved test facility, so tests can be taken where you train. Their own site states they are not brokers — when you book with them, you train with them.

Family-run driver training company at The Smithy on Chapel Lane in Llay, Wrexham, covering Wrexham, Mold and Deeside. It operates its own DVSA-approved customer test centre with in-house Module 3a assessors. Lorry training covers Category C (Class 2), C+E (Class 1) direct from a car licence, C1, C1+E and D1/D1+E. Periodic Driver CPC is run as seven-hour classroom days at Wrexham plus online e-learning, and ADR is also listed.

Worcestershire training academy based at Defford Mill, Earls Croome. Trains Cat C, C+E, C1, C1+E and B+E along with PCV, and runs 35-hour periodic Driver CPC. Also offers ADR (full five-day and three-day refresher), HIAB vehicle-mounted lorry loader and forklift courses. Instructor assessment is carried out by their own examiners.

North East training provider operating since 1969, with its head office and training base at Lift Point House on Mylord Crescent in Killingworth. Transport training covers Cat C and Cat C+E licence acquisition plus C1, with dedicated course pages for each, alongside 35-hour periodic Driver CPC delivered in the classroom or online over two to five days. ADR and forklift/MHE training are also offered, and courses run on both a funded and commercial basis with one-to-one tuition. Office hours are Monday to Friday 07:30–16:00.
