DLT Training has been running for over 40 years from its own Unit 17 on Bridgend Industrial Estate. Licence acquisition covers C1, C1+E, Category C, C+E and D1 minibus, with training delivered at Bridgend or at inspected customer sites. The centre is an RTITB Master Driver Consortium member for periodic Driver CPC, offering 7-hour modules or 35-hour blocks. ADR training covers all classes except explosives and radioactives, and RTITB forklift courses are also available.

DMP Training UK Ltd runs from Unit 2 on Perkins Road at Rougham Industrial Estate near Bury St Edmunds. Courses cover HGV licence acquisition including car-to-artic routes, C1 ambulance training, ADR, Transport Manager CPC, Module 3a and Module 4, PCV and forklift, with DVSA and CILT approvals named on site.

Training division of a Stockport haulage group, based at Unit 1A McKenzie Industrial Estate, Cheadle Heath. Courses are JAUPT-approved periodic Driver CPC, including FORS Professional modules, plus ALLMI HIAB lorry-loader and slinger/signaller training. This centre does not run Category C or C+E licence acquisition.

Training division of Lincoln haulier Denby Transport at Sadler Road. One-to-one C1, Cat C and C+E on the Denby fleet with a dedicated Lincoln manoeuvring area, plus ADR packages/tanks in the on-site SQA classroom. Book the training office direct.

Long-established Newark school based at Drove Lane, Winthorpe, by the Newark Showground. A DVSA authorised test centre: 3a manoeuvring is assessed on site by their own authorised assessor and 3b by a DVSA examiner at the centre. Trains Cat C, C+E and C1 on named vehicles, with initial CPC Modules 2 and 4 plus periodic Driver CPC. Finance is offered through a third-party provider.

Family-run Norwich transport school based in its own industrial unit on Morgan Way in the Bowthorpe Employment Area. LGV Cat C, C+E and C1, PCV, CPC classroom and Module 4 are sold as East Coast courses rather than through a placement network. RTITB forklift and tachograph training are also run at the centre and on customer sites.

Doncaster training company working from its own Unit 8 at Carcroft Enterprise Park, with lorry courses listed from around £1,600. Driver training covers Cat C and C+E plus CPC Module 4, periodic Driver CPC and ADR, alongside lorry-mounted crane and Moffett work. Forklift and CPCS plant make up the wider catalogue, and a separate Castleford site is their CPCS plant centre rather than a second lorry yard. Courses run at their premises or on customer sites, including weekends.

GS Driver Training runs a single DVSA-recognised school on Dunsfold Aerodrome. Training and reversing tests are on their own airport site, on a modern DAF/Mercedes fleet, with weekend dates and in-house Module 3A. London learners travel in; you book the school, not a broker.

GTG Training has run its Glasgow centre at 1330 South Street, Whiteinch since 1971 and has been part of the Arnold Clark Group since 2003. The 61,000 sq ft site includes a DVSA manoeuvring area and an on-site DVSA-approved test centre, so candidates test where they learn. Training covers C1, Category C and C+E booking packages, initial Driver CPC Module 4, 35-hour periodic Driver CPC, ADR refresher and PCV. An on-site doctor handles the medical and 0% payment plans over 3, 6 or 10 months are advertised.
